Refund and Returns Policy

1. RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS As a professional audio manufacturer, we ensure every unit undergoes rigorous QC before dispatch.

  • Acceptable Returns: You may notify us within 7 days of delivery if:
    • The product is received in a physically damaged or non-functional state.
    • There is a discrepancy in the model delivered (Wrong product).
    • Components are missing from the original package.
  • Unacceptable Returns:
    • Products opened, used, or altered by the user.
    • Original packaging/labels missing.
    • Returns requested for personal preference or “sound signature” issues.
    • Reporting of damage/missing items after 7 days of delivery.

2. RETURN PROCESS

  1. Notify us within 7 days at support@neodymiumaudio.in with unboxing videos/images as proof.
  2. Our technical team will review the claim within 48 working hours.
  3. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pick-up or provide shipping labels.
  4. Replacements are subject to current stock availability.

3. REFUNDS

  • Refunds will NOT be issued if: The item is tampered with by the user, the shipping address provided was incorrect, or the item is returned in a damaged state due to improper handling.
  • Refunds MAY be issued if: The product is out of stock, or if the returned product passes our inspection in its original, good condition.
  • Processing Time: Once verified, refunds are processed within 5-7 working days to the original payment mode.

4. CANCELLATION Orders can be cancelled via email only before dispatch. Once the shipment has left our warehouse, cancellation is not possible.
